Beachbody came to New Orleans a few weeks ago and showed the city how much fitness is a part of people's lives. With beach body  it is also about creating a business to better yourself and others.  These days there are a ton of options for stay home businesses, Self employment and trade options. Melanie Mitro is a wonderful example of strength, self drive, motivation and sharing the love for your job. I had the pleasure of working with Matt and Melanie and their beautiful family for the awards banquet at the Superdome. 

This awards banquet was by far one of the best I have ever photographed.  The creative team who designed the show did an incredible job.  The show was like one of the major awards show you would see on tv.  The comedy, the sincerity and the motivation for Beach Body was spot on! It really doesn't matte whether you know anything about the Beachbody system or not, what matters is how much you can relate to positive motivation and having the drive to create something better for yourself. 

I have been blessed to have found photography at the young age of 21 and started my business at 23, giving myself the chance of a lifetime to work hard and see results!  Life is about results isn't it? Think about all the things in your life and it's like a Math equation..."If I do this-then this will happen" Everything from relationships to work is an equation.  Think about it.    How is your equation going right now?  Are you happy in your life with everything or do you see yourself thinking of "What if?"

Take that "What If" and change it into something positive for your life. Seeing Melanie on stage reminded me that my almost 25 years of efforts have strongly paid off.  I do love my job and I know it's obvious.  I cannot help but be vocal when working with my clients.  I love working outdoors on sessions being able to see my city, make people laugh and help create something uniquely genuine of the person in front of my lens.  If you feel like you need more positive motivation than you should join us on my Facebook page Focused with GK.  We inspire each other to become better creatives.
