Every photographer has the ambition of capturing images that speak to you. But what does that mean exactly? As many years as I have been a pro photographer, the kind of images that truly speak to you or more rare than you think. We get so caught up in perfect lighting, perfect on the composition and in other aspects that we sometimes miss the story in front of us.  It's very easy to be unaware of the special moments because we all have a job requirement for us to accomplish.  I have learned overtime that sometimes these images that speak to you need a little nudge of creativity. A couple years ago we started to capture first looks for the father of the bride on her wedding. This little set up moment allows for real emotions to evolve and I as the photographer can capture the energy in front of me. This image Speaks to me in so many ways, it makes me so proud to show this image off. For years we were just get the bride and her dad together and at times not make them do anything too special other than smile for the camera. I love movement and I love real emotions And this image pretty much sums it up. What does this image speak to you?
