Today I am reminded of a session from last year that was taken within an orange grove.  The family who owns the grove is also a supplier to several grocery stores in our areas.  While the rest of the country knows New Orleans for Bourbon Street and French architecture, we local photographers are always on the lookout for the opposite!  We love our city and all it offers but we as creative beings need the stark contrast from time to time.

This image is of Ashley standing poised in her beautiful gown holding stunning flowers by Bees Floral Designs in her now husband's family orange grove will always stand out in my memories.   My local brides are always looking for something unique while my out of town brides love everything New Orleans.  I do love both aspects of my city and I intend to find every new hidden jewel for new creativity!
