Attention high school seniors...You ONLY have to go to your school photographer for the yearbook! YOU can use any photographer you want for your casuals!!! 
I created the hash tag #nottheschoolphotographer to start a movement.  I have always photographed my seniors like young models.  I believe everyone has an inner alter ego that is just dying to come out.  I remember when one of the props used with the school photographer was a big plastic word that read "Senior 2005".  I thought that prop was so cheesy!  Needless to say I have never and will never use props that diminish the cool factor of my high school seniors.    :)Instead I create an experience that is truly about YOU!  I love it when my seniors give me options for their locations that are uniquely their own.  I go to many different locations just for the variety in a session.  We tell our seniors to bring 2-4 outfits and the locations will be determined by the styles of their clothes.
If you dance lets dance in the street!  If you play sports bring your gear!  If you love your pets bring them! If you have a BFF make sure they are in your pictures!  I LOVE UNIQUE! BE YOU!
