The Toepfer family have been clients and friends of mine for years! When Justin and Scarlette tied the knot I was so excited to get the call for the last Toepfer wedding. You can tell from Justin's smile, he's a great guy and madly in love with Scarlette. Of course, Covid put a delay in the original wedding plans but when it was GO TIME, they celebrated at The Arbor Room in City Park by Pop's Fountain. The band Karma got the floor dancing and even the little flower girls were living their best life!
