Wedding FAQ Every Bride Should Know

DID YOU KNOW? When looking for a hotel to use for your “Getting Dressed” location, many hotels WILL NOT allow you to use their lobby area for pictures UNLESS your wedding reception is there! It doesn’t matter how many rooms you have blocked for your family and friends, so PLEASE make sure to ask for the manager when shopping hotels. The Ritz, The Roosevelt, The Westin Canal PLace are just a few hotels who honor these rules.

  • I will arrive 2 hours before the ceremony. This gives me enough time to capture the small details like your rings, invitations, shoes, dress, well as candid of everyone in the room.

  • It is best to have everyone’s makeup done when I arrive. This way all we need to do is get a few shots of the bride getting her final touches done. We will then move onto the bride and her girls wearing their robes or special attire.

  • The guys need to be dressed 45 minutes before the limo picks them up.

  • Depending on how much time the ceremony location allows us to have will determine how many group images can be taken. I highly suggest keeping the family images to immediate family only on both sides. Remember: 2 minutes per group listed is the average time required.

  • This is where every wedding is different and proper communication is imperative. You and George will discuss your wedding plans and design an itinerary that best fits your selected package.

  • Our typical turn around time is within 3 weeks of your wedding. We capture thousands of images but we narrow them down to the best of the best. The group images are cropped straight, proper color is dialed in, and just the culling process is time consuming but well worth the wait!

Our “White Glove” service has been perfected over the years and every step in delivering your images is a process we are most proud of.
